The Senior Financial Analyst, Finance Transformation will support efforts to improve financial processes, optimize systems, execute cost savings opportunities, and assist with implementation and change management of Finance Transformation initiatives.This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based in one of the following locations - Deerfield, IL, North Olmsted, OH, Maumee, OH, or Oak Creek, WI offices.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Participate as a key member in the design, implementation and sustainability of our global financial systems, including a new EPM that we are beginning to implement in 2023.Responsible for day-to-day activities associated with projects to prepare for EPM implementation, including global chart of accounts and allocation strategies.Coordinate and collaborate with Finance functions (e.g. BU Finance, Accounting, Tax, etc) to understand and support their financial system requirements and partner with IT to ensure requirements are met.Support execution of cost savings opportunities within the various Finance teams, including process improvements and other operational improvements.Identify opportunities to further leverage financial systems and/or streamline financial processes.Monitor status against key milestones and prepare materials, analysis, and communications for recurring transformation meetings.Conduct ad hoc analysis as needed.
