Duration : 12+months with high possibility of extension.

Required Skills:-

10+ years of experience with Genesys PureEngage Premise platform (Note: experience with only Genesys PureEngage Cloud, PureConnect or PureCloud platforms will not meet our needs)• Strong knowledge of configuration, implementation and testing of Genesys Framework, Routing (ORS. URS, Designer), Reporting (Historical/icon/InfoMart, Pulse, Advisors), and Digital components (Chat, Mobile Engagement, Social Media, SMS, Email)• Strong knowledge of configuration, implementation and testing of Intrado 911 system with Genesys platform• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot platform, application and reporting issues; candidate must have experience reviewing various Genesys application logs to help resolve problems
