Role Requirements:• Expertise in application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines• Advanced knowledge of architecture and design across all systems• Proficiency in multiple modern programming languages• Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices• Keen understanding of financial control and budget management• Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals• Passionate about building an innovative cultureRequired Skills/Experience:• For Associate, minimum 2+ years of current hands-on development and programming experience• For AVP, minimum 4+ years of current hands-on development and programming experience• For VP Level, minimum 10+ years of current hands-on development and programming experience• Hands-on programming/application development experience utilizing Java, Spring Boot, REST, Micro Services, Cloud Native, DevOps and Test Driven Development• Experience with SQL and databases (DB2, Oracle, Cassandra, CockroachDB)• Strong object-oriented analysis and design skills (OOAD)• Strong written and oral communication• Experience working in Agile teams, ability to focus and grasp business concepts.
