WORK TO BE PERFORMED:· Design Systemo Governance Model – contribute best practices to Design System, ensure newly developed elements are included in Design system.o Build modular components as part of client’s Design System leveraging ReactJS, Storybook and Figma, Working with UX and Design teamo Work with Product team UI Devs to enhance and refactor components for reusability and contribution to the larger Design System.o Documentation: Design System versions / changelogs, education, and outlining adoption pathways for existing Product teams· Contribute to Micro-frontend Integration Infrastructure; Work with Product team UI Devs in adoption of a Single Client Exterior (SCE) / micro-frontend architecture, troubleshooting and problem-solving user interface challenges.· Work within and across Agile/Product teams.· Implement using reusability, best practice component design & execution, and accessibility (a11y).

II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:·

Expert-level familiarity in ES6+, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, native DOM APIs, and modern JavaScript tooling (e.g. webpack, NPM, etc)

· Expert in Node Module Composition (Webpack and/or roll-up)· Working knowledge of single-spa and module federation· Working knowledge of previously building out a Design System.·

Working knowledge of CI/CD pipeline development environment and tooling (Artifactory, Jenkins, Github, Git, etc)· Ability to deliver high quality, customer-centric experiences which provide a consistent and device-appropriate experience across the organization’s digital channels/ products.· Ability to proactively communicate project status and manage deliverables to business owners and key stakeholders.· Experience working with

visual design and user experience architecture.· Preferred familiarity with DevOps / CICD related tools such as Rancher, Harness, Kubernetes, Ingress· Preferred familiarity with both Windows and Linux machines· Preferred familiarity with Figma / Sketch· Preferred familiarity with state management patterns (e.g. flux, redux)· Preferred experience working in an enterprise-level organization.
