Our dedicated team of over 3,000 employees across 15 countries is committed to making a difference.As the Client Services Sr. Manager, you will lead a team of Clinical Trials Project Managers and support personnel whose goal is to build positive customer experiences. You will take ownership of defining objectives and targets, and then develop strategies to achieve success. As a change advocate, you will introduce flexibility and efficiency to the department and give new value for our employees and our clients!Position is on site in Mt. Prospect, ILThe Client Services Sr. Manager collaborates with various departments to ensure timely completion of work. They are a member of the Site Leadership Team and responsible for setting strategies and goals to meet department and site targets. Building strong customer relationships is a crucial part of this role.

Leads the Client Services Team, providing support, coaching, and mentorship to ensure customer expectations are met and standardized processes are followed.

Provides direct and indirect consultative services to the sales team and customers on project timing, capabilities, capacities, and program specifications while developing strategic partnerships to grow.

Participates in sales and marketing activities such as pre- & post-award customer meetings, study kickoffs, teleconferences, customer visits, and audits, as needed.

Recommends and defines objectives, targets/goals, strategy, org structure, role descriptions, and priorities in each area of responsibility to achieve budget and financial targets.

Works closely with the scheduling/planning team and the S&OP Team to accurately input information into the site production schedule and forecast demand & revenue.

Partners with various internal and external functions, including Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Global Client Services & Planning (GCS&P), International Logistics, Program Managers, Total Transportation Management, FCS Labeling, and Quoting.

Applies Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas of responsibility.

How you will get there

A Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience (preferably in business or the sciences).

MBA or Master's preferred.

7+ years of dynamic business management and leadership experience.

5 years of project management experience, preferably developing a team of project managers.

Knowledge of or experience in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment.

Advanced skills and experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Experience in the CRO, pharmaceutical, clinical trials and/or drug development industry preferred.

Come be a part of the team!Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range estimated for this position based in Illinois is $106,400.00–$142,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
