THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS- Ulta Beauty is seeking an individual with experience of having implemented a Supplier Diversity Program previously and/or having increased spend at another company with certified diverse and/or disadvantages business. Prior experience at a consulting firm or within a corporate function at a large national retailer is preferred.
- The ideal candidate will also have some experience with Supplier Relationship Management as Ulta Beauty believes there is an opportunity to evolve this function into a center led Supplier Relationship Management role and department in the future.
Cross-functional Leadership- The ideal candidate will be able to present information across multiple levels of the organization. Expectations will include presenting to Ulta Beauty's Executives as well as working day to day with Department leaders to lead others towards a sustainable Supplier Diversity program.
Influence- The Sr. Manager will have experience using the sharing of information, communications, and presentations to influence others to make and embrace changes.
Supplier Management- Experience and knowledge of partnering with internal stakeholders to onboard and manage supplier relationships is preferred.
Analysis & Presentation- The ideal candidate will have a solid familiarity with using formulas (VLOOKUPS and other data cleansing tools) and pivot tables in MS Excel to analyze large amounts of data, i.e. 5,000+ rows of data to produce visual bar charts, pie charts and etc.
