Profile Summary:Sr. TIBCO Consultant /SME with experience in the areas of;> Subject Mater Expertise in TIBCO EMS, ADB Adaptors, SAP adaptors, and Plugins> Extensive hands-on experience with TIBCO integration platform middleware technology to integrate ERP systems> Excellent knowledge of all aspects of the software development lifecycle: design, functional and technical requirements, coding, debugging, testing, release/deployment> Knowledge of agile software development methodologies> Excellent knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing> Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing multitier solutions on TIBCO BW(Business Works), BE (Business Events), AS (Active Spaces)> Ability to own and manage production deployment and cutover activities> Experience in managing and coordinating activities across the Business and IT team> Plan and manage technical/functional activities for the project, including client communication and status reporting> Exceptional verbal, written, and listening communication skills> Proficient in the use of MS Office suite including Visio
