Come be a part of our team - you'll work with great people, pioneering products and cutting-edge technology.The Sr. Advisor, Strategic Operations, helps create and grow TransUnion's Global Capability Centers (GCCs), execute M&A lifecycle for Global Operations, and assists with corporate reporting of strategic projects focused on effective organizational design, operational excellence, cross-functional process improvements, and strategic initiatives within Enterprise Operations.What You'll Bring:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or other related discipline. MBA in management/operations is a plus
- 8+ years of related business experience with at least 2-3 years that focus on operational efficiency and effectiveness. Strategy or business planning experience is a plus
- Meticulous project management skills, top-notch organizational skills and the discipline to drive initiatives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience in providing crisp, insightful information to senior executives and an ability to drive and facilitate discussion amongst key stakeholders
- Passion and drive to develop plans and successfully execute initiatives in collaboration with global cross-functional teams
- Critical thinker to question the status quo and design pragmatic solutions with clarity and purpose
- Talent and poise to manage multiple projects and balance workload across your team
- Self-starter, comfortable to start projects from a blank sheet of pape

- Proven ability to quickly grasp industry and business-wide concepts in order to assess implications to drive actions and to capitalize on opportunities
- As a member of Enterprise Operations team, you will support the planning and execution of a portfolio of Enterprise Operations strategic projects/initiatives focused on effective organizational design, supporting the GCCs and enabling cross-functional process improvements
- Promote operational excellence and lead process re-engineering exercises
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, department leaders, and other matrixed business partners to execute on projects and to develop optimal processes and solutions
- Conduct transitions of new initiatives and capabilities being built in TransUnion's GCCs
- Develop business cases and financial models (including support for associates investments and articulation of quantified value) for transitions, new centers, or for new capabilities setup
- Lead, coordinate, manage and contribute to external consulting projects
- Coordinate M&A due diligence and integrations with corporate development, integration management office and SMEs across all functions within the Global Operations
