This is a fulltime/direct hire position. Currently remote but will eventually be on-site when Covid restrictions lift. No sponsorship available for this position.

  • Partner with the Supply Chain and Procurement business operation leaders to determine opportunities where system and tools solutions can drive revenue growth, operational efficiencies, and customer value.
  • Develop a solutioning center of excellence for Supply Chain and Procurement that brings passion and excellence to our work product.
  • Participate in the full software development life cycle, from design, development, system testing, user acceptance testing, to documentation, change management, training, delivery and on-going maintenance.
  • Execute on the strategic roadmaps that are aligned to the Organization’s revenue, cost, cash, and customer goals.
  • Drive the Supply Chain digitization initiatives with the IT partners to ensure the delivery of world-class solutions for the business processes needed in the end-to-end Supply Chain and procurement functions.
  • Gather requirements, translate functional requirements into recommended solutions that conforms to the enterprise system architecture.
  • Participate in the full software development life cycle, from design, development, system testing, user acceptance testing, to documentation, change management, training, delivery, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Create change management and user training material.
  • Evaluate and make decisions on software systems and tools.
  • Retain, attract, coach, and guide the technical team members.
  • Drive initiatives to bring emerging technologies to solve business problems.
  • Life-time student, constantly learning about emerging technologies to bring innovative thinking into what we do and how we do it.
  • Manage a project portfolio.
  • Foster the Agile DevOps culture to improve customer satisfaction through rapid, continuous delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant Business, Technology, or Engineering specialty.
  • 10+ years of progressive IT experience including development, coding & configuration, and understanding of ERP modules.
  • Strong team leader and who is comfortable working with executives and stakeholders of all levels
  • Business-minded, keeping a “business first” approach to everything we do
  • Experience managing large programs and budgets.
  • Experience managing and building empowered, high-functioning teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly breakdown and translate the technical into executive-worthy communication
  • Ability to create a culture of innovation, speed, and agility and bring breakthrough ideas to our business partners.
