- Looking for experienced ETL and reporting developers that can help us jump start our migration to MS Azure and our overall new data platform technology stack.
- Below is a quick view of current and target state (disregard “Azure Options” column).
- These resources will partner with our internal developers who have the institutional knowledge and will work very closely to help deliver and fully understand the new solution tech stack and patterns.
- These additional resources will also help provide guidance and suggestions on best practices and encountered obstacles/issues.
- We are looking for experienced developers and solution providers that can partner and provide direction as well as deliver designs, jobs, etc.
- MS Azure Services by way of, Synapse, Talend, Datastage (ETL), Kafka (ETL), Power BI (Resource), Scripting Scheduling (Control M)
- Data Warehouse Principles, ETL, BI/Reporting, Security
- Data Governance by way of Quality, Lineage, Data dictionary and Security
- Communication – Need to be able to adequately communicate with IT peers on requirements, issues, solutions, and delivery for all aspects of the project.
- Collaboration – The team works in agile methodology so looking for resources that can work in groups for the various agile ceremonies to provide constant transparency and direct partnership with internal IT Peers and business partners.
- Thought Leadership – Resources will need to provide suggestions for strategic and potentially tactical decisions to solve for scalable, easily maintained, and practical solutions given reasonable and aggressive timelines.
- Mentoring – Will need to ensure all work is consistently shared and fully transparent with internal resources to ensure appropriate transition for long term supportability.
- Champions – Looking for resources that are experienced with new tech stack and can help lead by way of thought leadership and implementation into the target state.
