Talent Acquisition Consultant - Sourcer for our client. The client is looking for

full-time, direct hire and contract positions in

insurance industry. (Must have recruited Field Sales people and, ideally, have experience in the insurance industry)

Education and Experience »
  • Bachelor’s degree in Personnel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • ATS experience with tracking and managing candidates.
  • Meeting and exceeding recruitment metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Four years of experience working through the full-cycle recruiting process in a corporate or agency setting to include: o Managing requisition loads in a fast paced environment which is constantly changing.

  • Advanced Knowledge of EEO and Affirmative Action Guidelines, State and Federal selection and hiring regulations.
  • Techniques used to develop strategy, Project planning and leading techniques.
  • Ability to conduct detailed analysis to identify issues and resolutions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Job Responsibilities:
  • Establishing and cultivating business relationships with assigned clients and external candidate pools that includes consistent, effective communications.
  • Developing creative approaches to delivering qualified candidates to the internal customer.
  • Collaborating with other recruiters, sourcers, internal and external partners to support the overall recruiting effort.
  • Ensure personal and team accountability while maintain/performing to established key performance indicators.
  • Assisting in the management and implementation of projects.
  • Exceeding recruitment metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Demonstrating strong organization and planning.
  • Perform intake and post recruiting meetings.
  • Ensure positions are properly posted on all available job sites.
  • Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates.
  • Screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager and processing offer letters.
  • Negotiate complex offers at times and push to close the candidate by leveraging various sales and closing techniques.
  • Partner with Sourcers to develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing job requirements to determine target profiles.
  • Ensure onboarding is initiated and communicated to the hiring manger and candidate in a timely fashion.
  • Follow-up with candidates and hiring manager to obtain feedback on the hiring process.
  • In accordance with the HR and corporate record retention policies, accurately process interview notes and other required employment data within the Applicant Tracking System Handle complex to highly complex assignments, obtain appropriate approvals and ensure cost-effective completion within specified deadlines.
  • Participate in/contribute to department or corporate-wide TA projects.
  • Conduct project analysis; assist in the development and execution of plans in support of business initiatives and corporate goals.
  • Serve as a lead on one or more project components.
  • Analyze issues and existing solutions to create innovative approaches to solve problems.
  • May handle/participate in special assignments of higher complexity when necessary. Assist managers with determining and implementing process updates.
  • Serve as a lead by assisting less experienced staff.
  • Maintain ongoing industry knowledge.
  • Enhance competencies and experience necessary to continue professional development in this field.
