Role : Tech Lead / Project Manager Location : Deerfield,IL looking for Tech Lead/Project Manager with 10+ Years Experience. Job Description:

- Ensure appropriate compliance with the client IT development standards and principles, e.g. development conventions.
- Ensure resources have right working tools available (VM's, access to shared tools and repositories.)
- Provide technical support to the team in both development topics and configuration issues when required.
- Provide guidance for adopting new tools/modules.
- Embrace customer test and release strategy and ensure correct adoption by the team.
- Validate Software Engineer DL
- Collaborate with Demand/Design team when required to validate development estimates.
- Act as contact between multiple teams to provide them with low level technical details and/or advice about feasibility/potential risks of solution design.
- Suggest new potential tool needed and identify training needs for developers.
- Coordinate with team to develop Proof of Concept.
- Maintain Knowledge repository.
- Drive offshore team for ensuring the delivery as per the scrum plan
- Capitalization of information with relevant collaboration tools
- 9-10 years of relevant experience in managing overall Integration initiatives. Require experience in API and Microservices
- Technical knowledge on Core Java to support the offshore team
- Very strong Communication skill to manage stakeholders
- Must be able to properly delegate Tasks and be a liaison between U.K Team and U.S., and sometime Spain
- Needs to have proper IT Training and an IT Expert
- Relationship Builder
- Proactive in collecting - Program Requirements
- Manage Programs and diligently take forth efforts
- Hold individuals responsible for efforts and is not shy about expressing their opinion
- Need someone who would be able to take full ownership of the project and be affirmative
- Ability to problem-solve under pressure Need good knowledge in Microservices, Apigee, Kafka and Azure tech stack.
