Technical Business Analyst

Onsite from Schaumburg, IL.A relocation package is offered for resources joining as a FTE resource. open to contract to hire or W2 hourly. Job Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements from internal and external users and document process flow
• Coordinate project activities, monitor task completion, and report project status
• Define and create project documentation and test cases
• Create and update training documentation
• Perform process analysis, suggest changes, and participate in implementation
• Other duties as required

• Proven experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder engagement
• Familiarity with financial reporting software and agile software development
• Outstanding planning and organizational skills
• Strong analytical thinking and quantitative analysis
• Proficient technical writing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Visio, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Proficient in Project Management software
• Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops a plus

• Minimum three years of business analysis and/or related IT experience
• 3+ years of ERP/CRM global implementation experience preferred
• Experience in OTC, PTP, RTR Value stream processes preferred

• Associates degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or Finance or equivalent required
