Technical Specialist 3

RRD is looking for an energetic, and highly motivated team member to join our team of Technical Specialists at our Elk Grove Village facility!  Assists Supervisors-Manufacturing, in the day-to-day operations.  Meets quality and productivity levels by training and motivating employees to meet customer requirements and deadlines.Act as a leader in providing and promoting a safe and injury-free work environment.Assists Supervisors- Manufacturing, in planning, organizing, staffing, directing, supervising, and controlling the daily manufacturing areas.Improve productivity through involvement and accountability.Analyzes and resolves work-related problems and assists employees in solving problems.Identify and implement production efficiencies and quality control standards.Assist or Lead the training and development of plant floor employeesCoordinates production activities with other functions/departments as well as with customers.Monitors production and provides guidance in troubleshooting any problem areas.Coaches employees to develop leadership and teamwork skills.Other duties as assigned
