- Candidate must have excellent customer service skills (English - verbal and written), and be proficient in; Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and general organization/time management skills.
- 2+ years of experience
- Info Sec specific background preferred, with some experience in one, or more, of the following; Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Scanning, Security Engineering, Certificate Management, and Identity Engineering.
- Certifications - Security +, Networking +, CEH, CRISC, CISM, CISA, CCNA, CCNP, CHFI CISSP, PMP
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree
- SDM is a Customer service and intake role responsible for receiving, process, tracking, and reporting on information security service request for internal WBA business units.
- These services include Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Scanning, Security Engineering, Certificate Management, Encryption/Tokenization, and Identity Engineering.
- Candidate should have a general understanding of Info Sec; tools, methodology and best practices.
- English (verbal and written), Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and general organization/time management skills.
- Monitoring a group email to process requests, provide updates, and answering general questions related to the supported services
- Attend support meetings
- Provide service escalation support from the service teams or the internal business units
- Ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met
- Quality assurance of deliverable
- Track service consumption
- Maintain service reporting
