Job Description : Content Manager The AI & Emerging Technology team is looking for a Content Manager responsible for overseeing the creation of multiple forms of content to enhance our communications with the team s customer base. This group investigates technologies and monitors innovation trends. We engage with Labs 2.0, the broader Products &Technology organization, and Trust and Consulting segments using AI and other emerging technologies to bring differentiation and technical brand building in products, solutions, and accelerators. Our mandate is to quickly explore new technologies to determine what is relevant for our clients and the firm to invest in. Our work is having a tremendous impact on how our clients do business, whether we are streamlining workflows with machine learning models or helping clients make the right strategic investments in specific Emerging Technologies. The position is part of the AI & Emerging Technology Strategy and Operations team and provides guidance to various team members on the creation of their innovation content, creating content strategies to highlight products and services and reviewing competitor content and market trends to identify new content ideas. Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree
• Minimum Years of Experience: +1 year in the firm working with multiple groups and organizations
• Additional Educational Requirements: In lieu of a Bachelor Degree or years of experience, PMP certification or related capabilities and/or experience.

• Detailed knowledge of current online tools and marketing trends

• Knowledge Preferred: Experience creating content for online websites, SEO (either with keyword identification or copywriting), previous experience in a content-related marketing role

• Primary duties include, but are not limited to, maintaining the AI & Emerging Technology team s internal and external web content and ensuring that the websites are updated regularly with relevant and exciting material. Apart from this, they should also be able to perform the following daily functions:
• Writing and overseeing content creation for the team s websites
• Researching and sourcing content for the team s websites
• Targeting a specific set of keywords for all the articles written and published
• Monitoring the competition s online activities
• Writing, editing, and publishing SEO content pieces
• Re-purposing content to fit the publishing media, video production, or social media
• Working closely with the Products & Technology marketing and communication teams to devise online marketing strategies
• Updating content to ensure that it s current
