Telephony Senior Analyst

#IN-DIST#LI-ISTJob Description:NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Telephony Services Senior Analyst to be part of our client team. This team supports E911 and Voice/Telephony test infrastructure and automation for our client.This role will primarily be required to support E911 solutions at State Farm. Knowledge of Intrado (West Safety Services) E911 software is also needed. Further, this role will be required to support the platform used for automating Voice/Telephony testing and call flow monitoring and to partner with the E911 vendor to support the existing ability to accurately route a 911 call made on-site from any client facility to the correct Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) and Security Desk. Additionally there is a need to meet federal regulations by providing associates and agents the ability to provide their physical location when working remotely in the event they use their softphone to call 911. Strong telephony knowledge using CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager) or network skills Experience with E911 solutions - Intrado and/or others Understanding of CISCO gateways & call routing is a must. Experience with test automation and knowledge of test environments Experience with software deployment tools Knowledge or experience with Splunk Knowledge and understanding of telephony infrastructure Experience migration from On-prem to Cloud solutions Cisco certifications preferred and cloud certifications (i.e., AWS, Microsoft) are a plus. Develops, follows, and/or implements policies, strategies, guidelines, standards, and procedures related to telecommunications. Excellent presentation/verbal communication skills. Ability to work well both independently, and in a team environment. Analytical skills - Ability to review technical solutions and understand how they work, where they may fail, and the risks associated. Ability to review architectural decision documentation, topologies, and work with support areas to understand the product. Risk management - Identification of technical/operational risks and ability to explain/document impacts. Automation Skills (preferred) - Identify requirements from manual processes that can be enveloped into automation scripts to enable more efficient recovery
