Description The traffic coordinator is responsible for ensuring the scheduling, processing and routing of all marketing collateral, such as advertising and other creative projects is complete. Working in a fast pace environment, this person is the liaison between clients, outside vendors and internal departments to coordinate efficient and timely creative project processing. Excellent organizational, collaboration and multitasking skills are required. The ideal candidate will be expected to effectively manage and coordinate various projects within the company's workflow in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the scheduling, tracking, and progressing of creative projects within the agency.
Communicate and coordinate between different departments like creative, production, and accounts.
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all relevant staff members, clients, and vendors.
Meet with clients or upper management to explain project schedules and complications.
Ensure deadlines are met and work is completed correctly.
Applying best practices for the project management process, ensuring high quality and flawless execution.
Requirements
Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 years experience in a Traffic Coordinator role or similar.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle stress and remain calm in fast-paced situations.
Adaptable with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
Proficient in project management software and other relevant tools such as Asana or Monday.com
