twice per week onsite, with Wednesday a core day. Therefore, candidates should reside in a commutable distance

OverviewThis is a general Training Specialist for the client to perform standardized trainings. The Training Specialist is a content and/or training process expert who delivers training curriculums and course material that integrates business processes with technical skills and knowledge required for employees to safely and effectively perform job duties.Responsibilities

Participates in, and conducts company training programs.
Monitors and reports the effectiveness of training on employees during the orientation period and for career development.
May be involved in initial plan design and existing plan enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

Possess demonstrated written, verbal communications and presentation skills.
Strong observation, evaluation, coaching and feedback skills.
Computer skills in Windows and Microsoft Office.
