Travel Document Consultant

Get My Passports is an expedited passport and visa specialist based in Chicago, IL. We assist individuals in obtaining U.S. passports in as little as five days and travel visas even sooner.

Whether it's a last-minute business trip, family vacation, or an unexpected journey, we provide reliable and efficient services to meet our clients' needs.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Passport and Visa Consultant located in Chicago, IL. As a key part of our team, you will:

- Assist clients in understanding passport and visa requirements based on their travel destinations.

- Guide clients through the application process, including completing forms and gathering required documentation.

- Review applications for accuracy and completeness before submission.

- Coordinate with government agencies and consulates to ensure timely processing.

- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.

- Upsell additional services, such as expedited processing, passport cards, and more.

- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and track application status.

- Create invoices, process payments, and provide excellent customer service throughout the process.

QUALIFICATIONS

-Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

-Extreme attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documents.

-Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
