TT Processing Floor Supervisor

TT Processing Floor Supervisor will:The Production Line Supervisor is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Commercial Processing Department.  Coordinates scheduling and inventory activities for employees, machines and material.Responsible for filling out the required reports, paperwork and checks.Maintain communication with employees and management concerning departmental and plant issues.Ensuring that all department employees have safe and productive working environment.Conducting safety talks, audits, and meetings with the department employees.Responsible for meeting and exceeding all departmental goals for safety, productivity, and quality.Responsible for meeting individual goals which are agreed upon with the management group.Ensure all ESH procedures, policies and legal requirements are implemented and monitored.NOTE: May not be inclusive of all work required and may be updated as needed.
