The University Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter is responsible for representing RR Donnelley to external parties, helping market the company and jobs to attract the best talent, with a specific focus on university students for entry-level roles and internships. The position will also manage internal relationships and various processes to ensure the candidate journey to becoming an employee maximizes candidate experience.

 Responsibilities:Support the creation/updating of job postings in collaboration with managers, specifically for university recruitment programs, internships, and entry-level roles.Develop and maintain strong relationships with university career services, faculty, and student organizations to build a robust pipeline of university talent.Plan and execute university recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, and on-campus interviews.Manage and support university relations projects and initiatives.Educate and guide hiring managers on best practices for university recruiting, internship programs, and entry-level hiring.Perform all phases of the recruitment life cycleSupport the creation/updating of job postings in collaboration with managersWrite attractive job advertisements, and upload into the Applicant Tracking SystemPlan sourcing strategies, and proactively source candidatesQualify applicants against the position responsibilities and qualifications, as well as behavioral competencies that best match the position, department, and companyCoordinate and perform interviews, guiding the candidate through the RRD Interviewing JourneyProvide managers with expert insight into people, guiding them to make the best-informed decisionNegotiate offers with managers and candidate, selling candidates on why they should choose RRD as their next career choiceEnsure 100% compliance with all local, state, and federal regulationsBuild sourced candidate pools, and ensure regular communication is held with candidates in this poolNetwork in and outside of the company to continue to build recruiting and business knowledgeWork collaboratively with other HR groups to help manage the processPerform other duties as assigned
