Up to $8000 per month. We are looking for a HEAD OF SAFETY DEPARTMENT with EXPERIENCE . Working hours for choice.

Salary $1500-2000 per week (depending on experience)

Working hours Mon-Fri

From 8-4 or 9-5

Requirements:

- Must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the logistics and transportation business.

- An excellent level of English is required!

Responsibilities:

- Manage compliance with local, state, federal laws and DOT regulations.

- Coordination of insurance operations, including claims settlement.

- Ensure compliance with DOT safety regulations and procedures.

- Flexibility to respond to emergency calls after hours and on weekends when required.

- Assist in monitoring FMCSA scores.

- Q data files.

- Monitor DOT/reference inspections and implement safety measures.

- Tracking daily driver logs, feedback to employees.

- Assistance in the driver hiring process.

- Responsible for monthly fleet records (DOT inspections, accidents, traffic tickets, citations, etc.).

- Innovation in preventing future problems.

- Perform other tasks as necessary.
