Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, qualify needs, and guide them through the vehicle selection process
- Conduct test drives and present vehicle features and value
- Negotiate sales and complete paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Maintain strong follow-up with prospects and past customers
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to dealership goals
Qualifications
- Motivation to earn — strong interest in commission-based compensation
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Previous sales or retail experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work weekends and some evenings
