- Manage intake process for new requests for UX support
- Manage capacity planning for UX resources
- Track UX timelines and project delivery
- Assist with staff onboarding
- Report out monthly financials for labor costs including supporting agencies.

- Additional responsibilities
- Responsible for the coordination and completion of UX projects within Operations and Employee IT.
- Works with UX team members to create project timelines, and monitors progress of UX deliverables.
- Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, business stakeholders and IT delivery PMs involved in the projects.
- Prepares reports for manager regarding project timelines and capacity planning for UX resources on the team.
- Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Experience being a Project Manager leading a software implementation project is a requirement.
- Experience with being a Project Manager for a UX team or UX deliverables a plus.
- Experience with MS Project and other project planning tools required.
