We seek an attorney with at least 5 years experience of litigation experience. The candidate will conduct bankruptcy, trial experience , legal research , rulings, and regulations; draft pleadings , legal memoranda , and briefs ; prepare discovery and conduct disposition ; Court appearances ; Evictions ; Collections ; Mechanic Liens ; Experience with Real Estate Law and Construction Law ; Knowledge of Municipal Law and participate in all aspects of a thriving legal practice.
