Web Project Manager

Our client is looking for a Web Project Manager to provide specialized Project Management services for the Aging Cares Application. The resource is to perform Project Management to complete Phase II and Phase III of the Aging Cares Project. The project is to replace the legacy case authorization PC based system (CMIS) and the Cobol based Voucher Request for Payment (VRFP) application. The Project Manager will assist the Agency with work necessary to move all data and billings off outdated servers. The Project will work in AGILE sprints and will ensure that each developer is assigned eight to 10 (8 – 10) points of development per two week sprint. This work shall allow the Agency to transition off old program databases and outdated billing systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Management, Management Information Systems or related fields such as Accounting or Mathematics, or the knowledge, skill, and workplace experience equivalent to four (4) years of college and course work in the aforementioned subjects
• 2 years of experience using Agile methodology in Project management
• 3 years of experience is required with IT Project Management.
• 2 years of experience using Microsoft SQL Server 2008 (or higher) and T-SQL.
• 2 years of experience using each of the following: identifying business requirements, preparing and executing design specifications, developing and executing test plans, and preparing user processes and manuals
• 2 years of experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Azure Dev Ops or another AGILE based tracking tool
