- Exposure to PowerShell scripting and automation
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Deep understanding of security vulnerabilities and patching tools
- VMware administration
- Understanding of SCCM software update and patching methodology
- MCITP, VCP, AWS, Azure certifications or equivalent experience
- Work with TransUnion's technical teams to develop and design complex solutions for critical business applications and projects
- Patch and maintain a secure environment
- Identify opportunities to design and build automated processes to increase the effectiveness of our operations team
- Act as a escalation point to assist in troubleshooting complex issues for our enterprise-level physical and virtual server environment
- Troubleshoot complex problems and provide analysis on performance and stability
