Joe's Auto Sales, is in need of an office rep. Someone who is a self starter, proactive, and dependable. The company is willing to train, however having some basic knowledge of office work/ computers would be great! Joe's Auto Sales offers in-house financing, therefore the position requires the individual to multitask, brainstorm, and work as a team player. Below there is a list of daily tasks, (not limited to)

Inbound/Outbound calls

Posting payments/Managing past due/current accounts

Approving customers for financing/collecting on past due payments

Filing documents/scanning/imputing

Impounds/insurance claims

Sales

The position requires the individual to be effective and efficient if that's you please feel free to reach out by email/resume, calling the store, or coming in.

Bilingual a plus (not needed to apply)
