Position Overview

Experienced Service Technician needed to perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance work on agricultural equipment. Reports to Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

-Diagnose and repair customer/dealer agricultural equipment

-Maintain accurate time and materials accounting

-Communicate effectively with customers and team members

-Identify additional repair needs and communicate to customers

-Transport equipment safely when required

-Perform pre-delivery inspections on new/used equipment

-Diagnose and repair AFS equipment (monitors, navigation, auto-steering)

-Maintain clean work environment and respect customer equipment

-Follow all safety protocols

-Meet or exceed billable hours quota

-Stay current with product knowledge and certifications

Requirements:

-Strong mechanical aptitude with agricultural equipment

-Experience with diagnostic equipment and procedures

-Physical ability to lift, climb, stoop, and crouch

-Valid driver's license

-Effective communication skills

Work Environment:

-Position involves office, shop, and field work with variable physical demands.
