Job Title: Bagger OperatorJob DescriptionJoin the team at a company dedicated to producing high-quality animal feed. As a Bagger Operator, you will be at the heart of our production process, responsible for the efficient bagging and handling of our products. Your role includes operating machinery to fill bags with nutrient products that go into animal feed, weighing and sealing bags, and ensuring they are ready for shipment. You will also manage the filled skids, handling forklift or pallet jack operations to move the products to the loading dock, and prepare them for transportation. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining our company's commitment to quality as you will be the final point of contact with our products before they reach our valued clients.Responsibilities

Operate machinery to fill bags with animal feed products.

Weigh and seal bags accurately.

Manage filled skids and handle forklift or pallet jack operations.

Prepare products for shipment.

Ensure compliance with safety requirements, including wearing protective shoes and using provided safety gear.

Maintain workplace cleanliness and perform housekeeping tasks during downtime.

Essential Skills

Ability to repeatedly lift 55lb bags and manage physical tasks for the duration of the shift.

Basic mathematical skills for accurately weighing bags.

Willingness to be trained and certified to operate a forklift.

Compliance with food safety rules, including restrictions on facial hair, jewelry, and false eyelashes.

Shift & Pay

$21.09

1st Shift (7am-3:30pm M-F)

2nd Shift (3pm-11:30pm)

3rd Shift (11pm-7:30am starting Monday night).

Overtime may be required, typically no more than one Saturday per month.
