Experience with protein Separation techniques Prior use of liquid handling systems plate-based systems, HPLC instrumentation, and EMPOWER softwareUse of electronic notebook system Familiarity with UNICORN-based chromatography systems (GE AKTA Explorer or Avant), preparative column packing, microfiltration, nanofiltration, CE, SDS-PAGE, and other analytical techniques.Coach, train, and develop others within the group with respect to their personal development and effective implementation of operational improvementsCoordinate workflow and perform daily monitoring to meet TATPrepare and review job plans, conduct semiannual performance reviews, keep training records up to date for assigned employees, perform succession planning in preparation for growthCollaborate closely with leaders and clients in implementing overall business directives
