Business Intelligence Specialist - Informatica

Hybrid working modelMon, Fri – WFHTue, Wed, Thu – Work from OfficeJob Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, develop and test new Informatica mappings based on the requirement.
• Modify /change any existing Informatica mappings based on the user request.
• Analyze, debug, and fix any production job failures.
• Work on query/data requests for the users.
• Analyze and provide solutions to business-critical issues.
• Performance tuning any long running queries.
• Prepare design and unit test case documents for new developments and change requests.
• Learn new tools (like Cognos/Tableau) on need basis
• Updating service requests and track deliverables on a regular basis.
• Update timesheets and status reports on a timely manner.

• 5+ years of experience in data warehousing projects using Informatica PowerCenter.
• 3+ years of experience working in relational databases such as Teradata / SQL Server / Oracle.
• 2+ years of experience working in Reporting Tools – Cognos / Tableau
• Excellent data analysis and troubleshooting skills
• Good understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data warehousing concepts and terminologies
• Perform ETL Design and create technical specifications and Unit Test Cases
• Perform Peer Source Code reviews and other deliverables
• Good verbal and written communication

• Experience in Informatica IDQ, Informatica Metadata manager
• Data modeling tools – ErWin
• JIRA, Confluence
