In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, documenting conversations, processing orders, and providing exceptional service to our valued customers.Key Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.

Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and technical support.

Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in our CRM system.

Process customer orders, including order entry and verification.

Resolve customer complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency.

Provide product recommendations and educate customers on our medical devices.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

Maintain a strong understanding of our products and stay up-to-date with industry knowledge.

Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance targets.

Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data security and customer privacy.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high call volume.

Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with customers.

Knowledge of medical devices or healthcare industry experience is a plus.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
