Cell-Based Assay GMP Team Leader

You’ll play a key role in assay execution, method support, and day-to-day lab operations in a fast-paced environment.What You’ll DoHands-On Assay WorkExecute cell-based assays, ligand-binding ELISAs, and related workflowsPerform routine tasks such as cell plating, dilutions, and 96-well plate workApply strong aseptic technique and pipetting skills in a GMP settingMethod & Lab SupportAssist with method qualification, transfer, and troubleshootingHelp ensure consistency and quality of assay executionDocumentation & ComplianceAccurately record work in lab notebooks/e-systemsFollow GMP documentation practices and data integrity standardsTeam Support Help coordinate daily lab activities and support team workflowProvide guidance and training to junior team members as neededAct as a go-to resource for technical questions on the teamCollaborationWork closely with clients, peers and supervisors to meet timelines and deliverablesContribute to a positive, team-oriented lab environment
