Cerner Millennium PowerChart Documentation AnalystUnited StatesNewHealthcare IT13 hours agoPost Date23200362Requisition #Apply for JobShare this JobSign Up for Job AlertsCTG is seeking an experienced Cerner Millennium Provider Documentation build analyst for a remote role.Job responsibilities will include: Provide application support services for Cerner PowerChart Physician Documentation and ancillary applications, including PowerForms, PowerNotes, Provider Letters, Patient Letters,Clinical Note, Dynamic Documentation, Diagnosis & Problems, Powerchart Touch, mobile apps, nCode Charge Assist, Nuance Dragon & eScription, Message Center, ADT notificatons via Andor Maintains fax and cell listings for providers and clinics Review and resolve break/fix issues Analyze requests for new/updated documentation build, and make recommendations related to best practices Follow client’s documented Demand Management process to obtain approval for changes Build changes in the test domain, work with user to complete testing, and move to production according to the client’s change control process. Provide support for projects and other special application initiatives Troubleshoot errors and provide timely and high quality customer service Document issues and solutions Work with client users and functional teams as needed Escalate issues to the vendor as needed, and monitor vendor tickets for resolution Utilize the ticket management system to track issue status and work efforts Participate in 24x7 call rotationAfter an initial Knowledge Transfer period of 2 to 4 weeks at the client site, work will be performed remotely. REQUIRED SKILLS (primary and nice-to-have): (Required means that the client only wants to see candidates who have these skills).Primary5+ years’ experience in support and build of Cerner Millennium Clinical and Physician DocumentationExcellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to communicate resolutions to customersPrefer prior experience working remotely to provide production supportIn depth knowledge of clinical workflows preferred, RN or other clinical experience preferredSecondary Experience working in project teams In depth knowledge of hospital provider workflows and ambulatory provider workflows preferred Experience on an acquisitions team Knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change ManagementOn Call Rotations will be required.Please email Morgan.Fickert@CTG.com if interestedCTG is a leading provider of digital transformation solutions and services that accelerate clients' project momentum and achievement of their desired IT and business outcomes.
