Change Management Administrator Location: Indianapolis, INDuration: 6 months with possible contract to hire

Description:Summary:The primary role of the change management coordinator is to facilitate the flow of information and tasks associated with product and process introductions or changes. The three main responsibilities for this position are the implementation of the change management process, designing the processes to support it, and ensuring compliance. In order to be successful in this role, the individual must be detail oriented, enjoy working with complex projects, and have excellent multi-tasking and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:- Administer the site level Engineering Change Notice process (ECN)- Engage with site functional representatives to propose and develop planned ECN changes- Work with project leads to create detailed ECN implementation timing and execution plans- Keep site teams and leadership apprised of pending ECN changes and the impact to operations- Administer the site level Manufacturing Change Notice process (MCN)- Create, coordinate, track and report MCN status within the site Operations and Engineering teams- Validate completion of site MCN activities- Identify and escalate aging MCN tasks and drive to completion- Assist site project leaders with tasks related to MCN implementation- Lead monthly MCN management meeting and maintain task status and owner accountability matrix- Other responsibilities- Define and standardize site level process for administering MRP activities related to ECN/MCN’s- Define and standardize site level process to identify workflows and associated enterprise software maintenance for new items related to engineering specials (AX, PTQ)- Support special projects where an interface is required between data and systems flowing from or creating an input to ECN/MCN processes

Soft Skills:- Computer proficiency with working knowledge of word processing (prefer Microsoft Office), spreadsheets, email and web-based programs for reports/ISO documents.- Self-motivated with ability to establish priorities and effectively manage time to complete multiple tasks within specified timeframes.- Good written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to communicate in a professional, positive, courteous manner at all times with all levels of customers, clients, vendors, visitors and employees.

Must haves: - Experience within Project Management- Familiar with APQP/PPAP

Education Requirements:- High school diploma or GED.- Prior experience with enterprise change software or documented processes for change management- Prior experience with project management, APQP/PPAP coordination (preference given)- Resume detailing education, certifications, work history and relevant position specific experience.
