In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to:  Lead cost improvement projects in quality and productivity.  Prepare and implement capital improvement projects and actively participate in the development of lean processes.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for specific sets of processes related to polyurethane foaming and SMC (Sheet Molding Compound)Develop and validate standard work instructions for assigned processesDevelop and facilitate process improvements for assigned processesWork with quality and production to identify gaps between current process and standardized work and develop corrective actions to resolveDevelop production process goals designed to meet sales and budgeted targetsInitiate and manage capital process improvement projects that meet or exceed sales and budget goalsIdentify and resolve process and quality problems for assigned processesUtilize data driven solutions to meet or exceed internal customer product requirements for SMC
