Job Description

Position SummaryThe CIO will develop, plan, and implement a product and information technology (IT) strategy that meets the company’s business needs, delivers optimal return on investment, and maintains utmost security. The CIO will be responsible for setting strategy for RevOne’s go forward prioritization efforts in software development, compliance, and infrastructure as well as other operational areas.

Responsibilities of the Position
  • Collaborates with members of the executive team to identify ways IT can assist the company in achieving business and financial goals.
  • Identifies new Cloud developments and technologies; anticipates resulting organizational modifications.
  • Responsible for leading RevOne’s corporate system specific programs, IT support, and security efforts
  • Develop intercompany plans with product divisions and operational departments who will be supplying products and services to satisfy go forward strategy.
  • Ensures that Product, IT and network infrastructure adequately support the company’s computing, data processing, and communications needs.
  • Establishes long-term Cloud and IT needs and plans and develops strategies for developing systems and acquiring software and hardware necessary to meet those needs.
  • Ensures compliance with government regulations that apply to systems operations

Requirements of the Position
  • MBA or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • 8+ year’s relevant experience in related fields and minimum 5 years of management experience.
  • Ability to establish credibility and rapport with a broad set of executives and cross functional peer groups.
  • Recognizable as a leader, possessing outstanding communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate across multiple organizations and management levels.
  • Superior results orientation focused on customer obsession and a demonstrated track of success.
  • Strong executive presence, presentation skills and negotiation skills aimed at driving business outcomes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and distill large amounts of information to set and deliver
  • High degree of adaptability and quick learning.
  • Demonstrated success in developing teams and creating high function organizations.
