In this role you will fix technical problems by applying principles and theories of electronics, electrical circuitry, engineering mathematics, electronic and electrical testing, and physics.Assist in troubleshooting problem equipment within the Maintenance Department. Ensure all drawing/prints are kept updated, all new equipment spare parts are set-up.HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?Coordinate the adherence of NFPA 70e standards for facilityManage the requests for changes to software, logic, information and controlsContinuous documentation of all programs, critical machine settings, manuals, etc.Develops and maintains electrical documentation: IP addresses, P and ID diagramsResponsible to work with electricians to carrying out the maintenance, trouble-shooting and repair of electrical systems in support of the operation of the manufacturing facilityProvides support and training to plant technicians regarding controls network and infrastructureActs as a liaison with the Information Technology department to ensure the quality and reliability of plant systemsContinuously apply sound electrical solutions to resolve hindrances to plant efficiencies and to drive continuous improvementEffectively communicate results and action plans to appropriate employees and managersAssist with identifying and ordering spare partsProvides support in maintaining preventive and predictive maintenance programs
