Job Title: Corn SorterJob DescriptionJoin our team as a Corn Sorter, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our product. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor a conveyor belt, either standing on ergonomic mats or seated on a stool, to identify and remove non-viable corn. This includes discarding discolored or rotten corn, or corn that is mistakenly mixed with different crops. Additionally, corn with husks will be sent for re-work to be de-husked. This role requires the ability to walk up and down stairs, stand for prolonged periods, and occasionally lift up to 60 lbs. Please note, the work environment is not temperature-controlled, can be dusty, and may aggravate allergies or motion sickness. Strict adherence to our tobacco-free policy is mandatory, with no tobacco products permitted on site.Hard Skills
