Description Robert Half is assisting one of our highly regarded clients in the healthcare industry in seeking various Customer Service Liasons who will focus on the de-escalation of patient complaints. In this key role, you'll be the central point of contact, bridging the gap between our Customer Service team and our client's leadership. You'll champion a successful business-to-business partnership by acting as the go-to person for any concerns or issues. By building strong connections between our teams, you'll play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service and a thriving business partnership with our clients.Hours: While this position does offer flexibility, the core hours are 9am - 5pm Eastern Standard Time Here's what you'll do:

Leverage your in-depth knowledge of Customer Service processes and policies, as well as the revenue cycle, to efficiently troubleshoot client account inquiries.

Utilize your network of internal contacts and resources to delve deep into client issues and find solutions quickly.

Communicate effectively with senior management and department leaders on the client side.

Clearly explain client concerns, propose solutions, identify potential root causes, and recommend ways to prevent future issues.

Daily Duties:

Build strong client relationships: You'll foster open communication with clients, helping them define problems and develop workable solutions.

Champion client success: Collaborate across internal departments to consistently exceed client expectations.

Drive client engagement: Lead meetings to report on activity, trends, and overall service performance. You'll recommend actions to improve results and mitigate potential issues.

Become the client expert: Independently research, investigate, and analyze client inquiries. Develop strategic responses and proactively solve client problems.

Contribute to continuous improvement: Actively participate in team meetings. Share ideas and recommendations on policies, training, staffing, and other areas that impact the organization's overall quality.

Lead by example: Drive professional development for yourself and your team, positioning yourselves as subject-matter experts for your assigned clients.

Deliver clear communication: Prepare and deliver reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to relevant stakeholders, including the Performance Management Team, CRC Leadership, and Site Leads.

Requirements

You'll be a great fit if you have:

Expertise in Customer Service procedures and policies

A talent for troubleshooting and problem-solving

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strategic thinking abilities

Additional Requirements:

Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management required

De-Escalation experience in a call center is highly preferred

Previous experience working in ServiceNow is a plus
