By scheduling appointments, our customers are more likely to gain insight into their insurance and financial security needs, better understand available solutions, and benefit from the guidance and services available.salary: $16.5 - $16.5 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: High` SchoolResponsibilitiesWorking in the Marketing Call Center, using scripts to make outbound calls to customers of agents to help them set up appointments (in Outlook) to re-evaluate insurance packages.

Expectation is 25 dials per hour and one appointment set per hour.

Will also be sending out sample analyses to households and businesses.

Looking for candidates who have sales and customer service oriented mind.

The essential functions of this role include:working in a smoke free environment

SkillsCustomer Service (1 year of experience is required)

Sales (1 year of experience is preferred)

Data Entry (1 year of experience is preferred)
