Customer Service Representative

Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in FORT WAYNE, Indiana. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a crucial part of our team, responsible for handling customer inquiries and maintaining customer accounts. You will also be responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of customer applications. Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls in a detail oriented manner Provide excellent customer service, answering customer queries and resolving issues Enter customer data accurately into the system Maintain a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Carry out order entry tasks as required Communicate effectively with customers via email Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records Utilize basic troubleshooting skills to resolve customer issues Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary Occasionally work around gas flames and gas lines. Requirements Ability to efficiently answer inbound calls with professionalism and active listening skills. Prior experience in a call center customer service role is essential. Demonstrated expertise in providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs and resolving issues. Proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for details and accuracy. Capability to handle email correspondence, responding to customer inquiries promptly and effectively. Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data organization, analysis, and reporting. Proficiency in using Microsoft Word for document creation, editing, and formatting. Experience in order entry, managing and processing customer orders accurately and timely. Basic troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently.
