Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team in INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana. As a Data Entry Clerk, your role will be essential in processing and coordinating various tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication within the team.Responsibilities: Handling check processing tasks efficiently and accurately. Collaborating with other teams and attending meetings to ensure alignment of processes and projects. Communicating effectively with requestors, addressing any issues or questions regarding checks or funds. Undertaking special projects as assigned, demonstrating your ability to organize and manage multiple tasks. Utilizing your data entry skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records. Employing your knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word to perform calculations and organize files. Ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met consistently. Leveraging your customer service skills to resolve customer inquiries promptly. Using your skills in email correspondence to communicate effectively within and outside the team. Incorporating your proficiency in 10 Key Skills to perform tasks accurately and quickly.
