Description Our client in Elkhart, IN, is seeking a Temporary Data Entry Specialist to support their Sales and Pricing Team. This role is perfect for candidates with prior experience in data entry, accounts receivable, or quoting who are eager to contribute to a dynamic team atmosphere.Responsibilities:
Accurately input and maintain data in sales, pricing, and accounts receivable systems.
Assist with quoting tasks and document management.
Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data processing.
Perform general administrative support tasks as needed.
This is an ON-SITE position.Requirements
Previous experience in data entry, accounts receivable, or quoting processes preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work on-site in Elkhart, IN, during scheduled hours.
