Job Title: DataOps Lead – P&C DomainWork Location: Michigan, USAMode of Work: Day 1 Onsite Must Have Skills: Oracle ODI, PL/SQL, Web FOCUS, Insurance Data Warehouse & Databricks Modernization | Property and Casualty Insurance (P&C) Domain Job Description:We are seeking an experienced DataOps Engineer with strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Web FOCUS reporting, Databricks, and the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.The ideal candidate will support enterprise data warehouse and reporting applications, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, monitor ETL/data integration jobs, and ensure data accuracy and system stability. Required Skills:Strong hands-on experience in Production Support and incident management.Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.Experience with Web FOCUS reporting and dashboard support.Exposure to Databricks, Spark, and modern data platforms.Strong understanding of P&C Insurance processes, including Policy, Underwriting, Claims, and Billing.Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), ETL/ELT processes, batch job monitoring, and troubleshooting.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.   Regards, Manoj GoudDerex Technologies INCContact : 973-834-5005 Ext 206
