Onebridge is a Data & Analytics Consulting Firm with clients dispersed throughout the United States. We have an exciting opportunity for a DataOps Solution Architect who is highly skilled within the Data Lifecycle Value Chain to join our team of elite professionals as our next Employee-Owner.

This role could be a full-time position on our team - or we would be open to engaging a consultant seeking their next contract experience.

This can be a hybrid or fully remote role, operating on EST. Candidate preference will be given to those based in Indiana, or regionally in the mid-west.

DataOps Solution Architect | About You

As a DataOps Solution Architect, you have experience standing up a DataOps function and mobilizing change within an Enterprise Organization. You understand and champion Data-As-A-Shared-Service and understand how to align people, processes, and technology to operationalize data management. As a DataOps Architect, you are skilled at structuring data analytics pipelines as services (or microservices) that create robust, transparent, and repeatable analytics processes to unify all development and operations workflows. You understand how to remove roadblocks and help data-driven organizations achieve increased levels of productivity and quality.

DataOps Solution Architect | Day-to-Day

  • Streamline data workflows to increase the data team's productivity.
  • Automate the design, deployment, and management of data delivery with appropriate levels of governance.
  • Create predictable delivery and change management of data, data models, and related artifacts.
  • Use metadata to improve the usability and value of data dynamically.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, Release Management, Scrum Leaders, and Analysts to unify data-centric activities.

DataOps Solution Architect | Skills & Experience

  • Required skills include a combination of some of the following: hybrid and cloud platforms, orchestration, data architecture, data integration, data transformation, CI/CD, MDM, MLOps, real-time messaging, containers, and Agile/Scrum.
  • Strong understanding of ETL, DDLs, promotion code, and data models through environments.
  • Advanced data management expertise.
  • Expert-level SQL skills with a deep understanding of the intricacies of building data flows/pipelines.
  • A keen ability to innovate, inspire, and mobilize teams to achieve unified delivery success.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of an organization.
