Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals
- PC/laptop Deskside | Break/Fix Support | Install, Move, Add, Configure “Laptop/ Desktop". PC refreshes expected. Windows 10 (Windows 7 to windows 10 migrations)
- Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
- Managing a ticket.
- Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
- Works under general supervision.
