As a Director, Portfolio Management – Friction Controls, you will play a critical role in driving growth and profitability for Friction Control offerings. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the strategic direction, revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market share expansion. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our portfolio and capture growth opportunities, while ensuring achievable plans are in place to deliver on our current year financial objectives. These activities will include elements of Product Lifecycle Management, market analysis, product development execution, portfolio analysis, product road mapping, and inventory planning among other related portfolio activities. 10+ years in product management, offering management, business management, engineering, or related roles driving growth within a portfolio
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving impactful results
Ability to identify growth industry segments, and architect and execute plans to grow presence in the space
Effective product lifecycle management delivering on revenue and margin goals
Cross-functional team leadership developing / launching new offerings in growth industries
Data analysis (e.g., 80-20) assessing business performance and implementing portfolio actions to address
Implementing pricing and go-to-market strategies maximizing revenue and market share
Knowledge of aircraft wheels and braking systems or carbon-carbon composite technologies
